1. Services
Clear Choice Window Cleaning provides professional window cleaning, pressure washing, and other exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. All services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.
2. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates are provided based on the information you provide. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work is different from the initial description. We will always inform you of any price changes before beginning work.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
We will schedule a time for your service that is convenient for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. For commercial clients, we offer net 30 payment terms. Late payments may be subject to a late fee.
5. Access to Property
You agree to provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to your property to perform the services. This includes access to a working water spigot.
6. Damages
We are fully insured and take all necessary precautions to protect your property. In the unlikely event of damage, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements or that the results will be error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Clear Choice Window Cleaning be liable for any lost profits or any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our website or services.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
